|| WHERE CAN YOU USE THIS FILE ||
PNG files can be used for lots of projects. Most common projects include sublimation blanks (i.e., mugs, t-shirts, pillows, etc.), printable art, clipart, waterslide decals, and stationery. The most important factor is that you have software that is compatible to download (and possibly print) the PNG format.

|| QUALITY TESTED ||
Designs are tested in house on a Sawgrass 400 and industrial heat press before listing files for sale to be sure that the file works properly and matches the colors shown in the listing photo as closely as possible. Please note that variations between user settings can cause differences in color development (i.e., monitor settings, ink settings, temperature settings, and pressure settings). The higher the polyester count in the product you are using for the design, the more vivid the design will appear. Depending on how you choose to print out the image, colors and quality may vary. Please make sure you have the required sublimation software and knowledge to use this graphic before making your purchase.
|| COMMERCIAL LICENSE DETAILS ||
All designs can be used for personal and/or small commercial use. You are allowed to use the designs to create physical items such as shirts, cups, signs, cards, and stickers to sell up to a maximum of 200 items per design. The standard small business license covers designs that are being made by you “in house” and not outsourced. It does not cover print on demand or selling transfers.
Designs may not be copied, distributed, modified, shared, or resold in the digital format under any circumstance.
|| EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE ||
This applies if you use print on demand services or wish to sell the design as a sublimation transfer. If you plan to sell this design via print on demand services or as a sublimation transfer an extended commercial license will also need to be purchased. One license must be purchased for each design that you will be selling via POD or offering as a transfer. For example, if you will be offering two designs via your POD service, a quantity of two will need to be purchased.

|| REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ||
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds and exchanges are not offered. If you have any issues with the file, please message me and I will be happy to offer assistance.
