Licensing Terms

Due to the electronic nature of the digital files, refunds will not be given. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the design, please contact me as I am happy to help!

Each digital download file includes personal and SMALL BUSINESS commercial use up to 200 uses unless the file specifically states “for personal use only”.

SMALL BUSINESS means that the purchaser must be the only person that uses the file and completes the end product. The license cannot be transferred to another user. For example, this means that the file may not be shared in craft groups, given away to a friend to use, or altered and resold in digital format.

Please contact us at hello@thesassycreative.com if you will be using the file to produce more than 200 items as an extended commercial license will be needed.

Items with The Sassy Creative designs must be handmade by you. This includes invitations, t-shirts, signs, etc. The designs may not to be uploaded to Cafepress, Zazzle, or drop-shipping sites.

If you are using the designs to print sublimation transfers, an extended commercial license must be purchased for each individual design you intend to sell.

All designs are the property of The Sassy Creative, a subsidiary company of Dash of Flair, LLC.
